Hunter came to our house and evaluates the system. He suggested I get a new system and gave me valid reasons why I should. I am leary of repair people, however, my Pops used to do this kind of work and his opinion was the same. I decided to go with Prestige because I felt that Hunter was knowledgeable and having done research, I know he is fair in his pricing. He helped me choose a system that was right for our home. I also had him inspect the ductwork as I felt is was not right. After he inspected it, he told me what I already knew. He backed it up with photos of the damaged ductwork. I was out of town when the actual work was done, but my man was here. When I returned home I checked it out, found a couple of minor issues and Hunter Carr and his crew from Prestige Heating & Cooling took care of it immediately. Drinnon Vasquez and Brian Smith came to our home. They were very respectful and courteous and also quick to finish the job. I am truly impressed with the 3 young men I met from Prestige and I highly recommend them to anyone out there that wants an hvac system or needs an existing one replaced.

They are very professional and were concerned about getting my air to blow cold. They quickly found the problem and got it fixed. Very knowledgeable as well. 10/10 would recommend

My AC unit was recently serviced; our unit had stopped blowing cold air due to power surges in our area. Hunter was quick with scheduling an appointment for us and getting out here to diagnose the problem. He was able to repair the unit quickly, was very professional, explained the issue and repair thoroughly and even let me know what we could do to keep this from happening again. Called Hunter Carr and left message of needing work on unit. Received reply about 1.5 hours later and an appointment was made for 2.5 hours later. Hunter came out and had my unit running in about 30 minutes. Explained problem and how to correct it. Made appointment to have corrective work done and then signed up to be on a yearly maintenance plan. I was impressed with his professionalism and knowledge and his work presentation. Very articulate and friendly! So glad to have a friend share his name and company with me!!!

Our AC stopped cooling. We realized once we got home from work around 5:30pm on a Tuesday. We made a call and the young lady that answered the phone was so kind. We was technically out of their normal service area(which the young lady over the phone told us about) but she made a call to her boss (which is the owner) and instantly called us back and said someone would be there in a little over a hour! It was 87 degrees in our house when we got home from work but this business went above and beyond to make the drive and fix our AC. I would 100% recommend this company to anyone! The owner was nice and talked to us about what the problem was and we ended up enrolling in their service contract to do routine maintenance on the unit. This company needs 10 stars because from the moment we dialed their number we were 100% satisfied! They prioritized the needs of a family without AC on a day in Arkansas with a heat Index of over 100. We truly front the bottom of our hearts appreciate the time and work they done while they were here! And I’m even more grateful that they helped us in a time of need when I’m sure they had families of their own at home. Thank you!! This company takes pride in their costumers!
